According to the relevant laws and regulations of China and the provisions on the inspection and quarantine requirements as specified by the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China (GACC) and the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (FMAFS), the import of peanuts from Nigeria that meet the relevant requirements is permitted from the date of issuance of this Announcement.
